GREEN TEA FRESH TONER Review💜  Hello everyone I hope everyone is having a fantastic day or night. I want to start off with a disclosure of that before I look into the website or look at the claims I-write my review and since it's in a foreign language on the bottle, I REALLY went into this blind. But I like to review products and come up with my own decision and see what it really does for me before being told what it's supposed to do for me. So I will get into the claims in a bit but first I am going to touch on what a toner actually is for those who don't know.  So pretty much if you looked up toner in the dictionary it would tell you that it is an astringent liquid applied to the skin to reduce oiliness and improve the condition of your skin.
