Review for Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum
Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum Eclat
Skintypes preferred: Normal, Dry to Oily. (All)
What is it? Highly concentrated, oil-free serum that improves the appearance of skin tone, darkness and boosts radiance.
Supposed to help brighten, even out skin, reduce dark spots, acne marks as well, scars, Sun spots and end with a satiny finish. Named a cult product.Winner in Beauty's 2017 readers choice awards for dark correction.
Has no parabens, sulfate, or phthalates and supposed to also penetrate fast and work well under makeup and under Sun screen for even tones.
Basically this is a dark spot corrector to help with spots that are living on your face such as scars or pigmentation while also smoothing skin. Serums are used to correct skin on the inside and on what you dont see. Most serums go under moisturizer and sinks in rather quickly. Usually they are a thin consistency. Moisturizer tends to lock in the serum getting even better results as moisturizer works on what you DO see like lines, wrinkles or even dry patches. There's a ton of serums out there and it has been around since the 1930s. I love serum, even when on the pricey side because a little tends to go a long way, and sometimes they are good for multiple uses. Here I am really hunting for a product WORTH the money. We already know this product is a little pricey but I wouldn't say expensive.
If it really works I know others agree it's worth it. The website says for full potential use their day and night time moisturizers. Here are the links where to buy:

This product has viniferine* and tryosinase* which helps regulate melanin working on evening things. Viniferine is naturally known to brighten, lighten, and even out skin tones. This is patented by Caudalie in 2004.
Its oil free non-photosensitising* and non comedogenic corrects with squalane* as well.
Research results done by caudalie: 9 dermatologists selected 60 women between ages 34-56 for 45 days. 87% complexion looked brighter and more even. 82% decrease of coloration of dark spots. After 90 days they chose another set of 60 women for this ages 34-56. 65% increase in complexion radiance. 52% increase of even skin tone, 35% dark spots being lighter and 24% decrease in size of dark spots.
How to use: apply morning and night to clean skin on face, neck, and decollete
I reached out to ask Caudalie if there studies where in conjunction with their moisturizer or by themselves but no response.
REVIEW
This product may benefit you if you are looking to brighten your skin tone and reduce darkness due to pigmentation or scars and want more radiance. I love this product. It does an amazing job at reducing dark spots especially if they are mild. It almost completely got rid of a couple of my darker spots. I've used others as well and they didn't work this good. Be diligent about your skin care however and this is what gets you results. Put it by your bedside whatever you need to do to remember for night and day. This can be tacky on the skin and I think it's due to some really good ingredients if that makes sense. It's like a soft tacky but goes away after patting moisturizer into the skin so it doesn't bother me at all. I think if you have MAJOR deep and very prominent dark spots this may not be the best product. I think of this more for preventative and to lighten your skin in mild issues. Also the dropper tends to pop out quite a few air bubbles before getting product sometimes, this is very small issue but this is a review. I love putting this on the back of my hand mixed with foundation, it leaves a beautiful finish.
Is the price worth it? I think so especially if your a skincare junkie and you already know that a few drops of serum is all you need and that it lasts awhile.
